What size are the light up letters and Number Lights?
We have lights that are 4 feet tall by 2 feet wide, but please allow for a slight variation in size due to some letters and symbols.
How long is the rental period for?
The hire period is up to 24 hours should you require this time frame. We can extend the hire period for longer at an additional charge. We are happy for your convenience to set up the night before and pick up the next morning, if the venue allows us too or we can do same day delivery and collection.
*Please be aware that you are responsible for all the items until they return back in our possession.
How long will it take for setup to be complete?
4ft Lights:
15-20 mins
Sequin shimmer walls:
1-2hrs
Balloon hoops and demi arch:
1-2hrs
It should be noted that times quoted are based on quantity, size, and easy access to the venue for a quick setup.

To ensure the setup is as easy and safe as possible, please let us know whether the venue has stairs, uneven paths, or narrow corridors.
ARE YOUR PRODUCTS SUITABLE FOR OUTDOOR USE?
It is only permitted to place our 4ft lights outside in good weather or under cover, such as a marquee, under good weather conditions. All lights must be brought indoors during bad weather and overnight. Please make sure the floor is level and do not place them on grass unless there is some form of protection such as a wooden board or similar.
Sequin walls, balloon garlands, and hoops are subject to the similar rules as our 4 ft lights, please enquire with us should you need clarity of what's ok and what's not.
What is the power source for your lights?
A single plug is used to power our lights and they are powered by low voltage power outlets
How much is delivery?
Delivery, hire, setup, and pick-up quotes are calculated based on the distance from our location in Papworth CB23 to the venue's postcode. Please provide us with the postcode at the time of ordering for a more accurate quote.
There may be times when we offer special delivery promotions.
What colour bulbs are included with the lights?
We offer our lights in a cool bright white as standard. However, we are able to change the bulbs to a warm white or a completely different colour using plastic caps at an additional charge.
How can I pay?
You will receive an invoice once you have provided us with the billing name, address, email, phone number, venue address, dates and times, and the items you wish to rent or purchase.
The booking process requires a 30% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due one month prior to the event.
Bank transfers are preferred over credit cards due to lower costs. However, if you prefer to pay by credit card, we can accept it.
How often are your lights maintained?
Our company does not want lights going out looking scruffy, this is not how we present our company. If we see marks on delivery, we always touch up these marks as best as we can to ensure they look as new as possible. We aim to provide you with the highest quality products from us in order for your party to be as memorable as possible through vision, perfection and emotion.
